2, more than five years of doors and windows, curtain wall design experience;
3, Familiar with doors and windows, curtain wall industry design specifications, structural design calculation principles and project quality acceptance criteria;
4, master the windows and doors to build, the production process, skilled operation design professional software;
5, with building aesthetic knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
1, under the leadership of the department manager, to participate in the tender of the project design;
2, according to the tender requirements of the preparation of the tender issued plans;
3, the construction of the winning project design;
4, according to the construction plan calculation of all materials used in the project and to apply for materials;
5, to deepen the construction plans, the calculation of the size of single-use windows and doors and the production of blank sheet;
6, according to the construction drawing production and processing plans;
7, to assist the manager of the project, the project design drawings, construction drawings, production and processing plans to change, verify with;
8, review the construction workers reported back to the project volume and production of the book;
9, to assist the department manager of the tender project all materials and labor costs budget;
10, with other departments to solve the technical problems in the construction process;
11, to complete other tasks assigned by their superiors.
