3. Anti-leakage requirements
1. The outer window must be provided with a drainage channel, a drainage opening, and an exhaust hole (pressure balance hole) to drain the water accumulated in the window frame fan. There should be a buckle cover on the outside of the drain to prevent strong wind from blowing rainwater and dust into the sash.

2. The insulation strip should adopt a C-shaped structure, which is compounded with the inside and outside aluminum profiles on the same horizontal plane to avoid water leakage and corrosion risks caused by the accumulation of water at the insulation strip. 3. The sash should adopt T-shaped heat insulation strip design: the sash heat insulation strip is designed as T-shaped, overlapped with the middle rubber strip to realize the hot and cold partition of the fan frame connection. 4. Warm glass edge: Warm edge strips should be installed around the double-layer hollow glass cavity to block the glass cavity heat dissipation channel.
5. In areas with high heat transfer coefficient requirements, according to the project positioning, heat insulation materials can be added to the profile insulation cavity to meet the K value requirement.

1. After the plug is completed, check the specifications of the window, model opening mode, opening direction, orientation of the mounting hole and combined accessories according to the design drawing. If deformation is found, it is strictly prohibited to install on the wall.
2. Use regular gaskets to ensure that the gap between the aluminum alloy window frame and the steel auxiliary frame is ≤10, and make the peripheral gap uniform.
3. Check the verticality and horizontality diagonal of the front side of the aluminum alloy window frame, and perform inspection and evaluation in time after passing.
4. Main frame cleaning and frame adhesive
4.1. According to the regulations, use a neutral color thick silicone sealant of the specified color to clean the 10mm area between the wall and the door and window with a brush and a dry cloth, paste the textured paper, glue, and use the hand or tool to smooth and tear Lower the textured paper for partial adjustment.
4.2. Note: When the exterior wall is paint finish, the outer frame adhesive should be bonded to the base layer of the paint; when the exterior wall finish is stone, wall brick, aluminum plate material, the exterior wall finish material cannot be topped with the window frame, which is easy to predict After leaving a gap of 2-3mm, apply window frame adhesive.
Eight, glass installation
1. Glass installation should meet the following requirements:
1.1 The glass must not be in direct contact with the glass tank, and pads of different thickness should be placed on the four sides of the glass.
1.2 Put the glass into the frame fan, and then fix it with metal clips.
1.3 The ends of aluminum alloy window fasteners are spliced at 90 ° (or 45 °), and the installation must be smooth and uniform.
2. The glass is fixed by double-sided glue. The strip, the glued surface of the outer frame, and the glass surface should be wiped clean with a dry cloth and then glued. Let it stand for 48 hours after glueing.
3. Adopt the finished rubber strip: Install the rubber corner first. The length of the rubber strip is 2 ~ 3mm longer than the actual length to prevent the rubber strip from shrinking after aging. Use a special glue to stick the glue corner and the glue strip together; it is strictly forbidden to choose the method of cutting the glue strip with a 45 ° angle (unbreaking) and bonding.
Nine, hardware installation
1. The transmission part should be installed at the factory.
2. Hardware and accessories: install the transmission handle lock; install the casement door lock; after installation, the key should be marked according to the serial number.
3. Operating standards and inspection methods: firm fixing, flexible switch and correct position.
Ten, finished product protection
1. When the product leaves the factory, the aluminum surface should be protected by a film, and the frame fan should be covered with a protective tape.
2. Remove the original packing paper during the installation of aluminum alloy door and window frame fans. Once the installation is corrected and fixed, a protective buckle cover should be installed in the lower part in time (can play the role of anti-smashing and impact resistance, and the material project is self-defined). The alloy main frame and window sash frame are protected with a protective tape to prevent corrosion of the spattered mortar and outdoor rainwater and dirt pollution.
3. Remove the original protective buckle cover and protective tape before installing the glass. After the glass is installed, protect the glass with a film. If the exterior surface also involves welding construction, the outside of the glass should be painted with water-soluble large white paint.
4. Aluminum alloy doors (push-pull, open inside and outside), door leaf installation should be arranged in the final construction. During the construction process, the lower opening of the door must be hard-protected to prevent damage and deformation to the lower opening of the door during construction.
